NPL Winners U9

Another outstanding performance by the U9-s.

A well organised NPL tournament were the host of 30 teams.

We sailed through the group stages with straight 5 wins.

Then the hard work began.

In the 2nd round we faced Staines Town who took the lead in the 3rd minute and our boys had not been effected by it they came back with a strong performance and turn the game into a 2- 1 winner.

The Quoter Final was against an other NPL team who we managed to beat 1 - 0.

Our boys had to face another NPL team in the Semi final. After a great team effort we walked off the pitch with a 1- 0 result in our bag.

A very close game, tents and chances on both sides of the field. We`ve proven to be the better side individually as well as a collectively as a team, we have scored the only goal which happened in the last minute in the game took us to the top of the podium.

Well done to all the players.

The boys were exceptionally well behaved on and off the pitch.
