Another full set of fixtures for the various Hampton Youth sides this weekend with lots of encouraging performances and a healthy amount of positive results
At the oldest end of the scale the Under 18’s won 2-0 at Links Eagles to go second in their league. Under 10s Youth won 3-1 at Met Police with two goals for Kyan Soni and one for Kristian Farrell. The Under 8 Colts went goal crazy in their friendly against Hanworth Sports winning 14-3 with Quincy Patterson netting seven, the other scorers were Liam O’Neil (3), Jack Gilbert-Brown (2), Riley Vaughan and Gabriel Mills.
The Under 7 Youth continued their development with an unbeaten record in their assessment day defeating Wandas 1-0, Carshalton Athletic 2-0 and Kingstonian 1-0 with the boys showing a maturity in their performances that belies their youth. The Under 13s had a fantastic result beating top of the table Manorcraft 1-0 with a debut goal for George Behm.
In Middlesex County Cup action the Under 14 (HRBFC) progressed 4-2 against Brentford Spartans with the goals coming from Conner Hawes, Joe Quincey, Dylan Randall and Cody McHale whilst the Under 12 (HRBFC) won 7-1 at home to Ickenham Youth.
The Under 14 Youth won 6-4 at Molesey to get their first win of the season. There was a hat-trick for Jacob Cameron, two for Mo Udin and one for Bradley Russell. Also at Molesey the Under 8 Youth were unlucky to lose 2-0 in a close game in which they created plenty of chances but came up against a Moles keeper in great form. The Under 12 Colts went down 3-1 to league leaders Corinthians in a very competitive game.
The Under 15’s made it three on the bounce defeating previously undefeated Doverhouse Lions 2-1, whilst the Under 16’s picked up a point with a 2-2 draw at Bookham. The Under 9s Youth won 9-0 at Woking Town Colts for their 5th win in 6 games and have now gone three games without conceding.
Finally the Under 11 Colts won 4-2 in a friendly against Twickenham Tigers with Luca Deacon, Jack O’Sullivan, Sam Sims and Alessandro Russell scoring and the Under 10’s drew 2-2 in their game at the weekend in which they dominated possession but couldn’t quite find the killer touch.
