The lottery of the penalties!!!!

So another weekend and another tournament.

Team: Lewis/Liam/Matt/Joao/Joe/Cam/Ellis/Ben

First group game against Halliford colts & a 6-0 win to get us started.
Some superb passing football on a bobbly pitch.
Then a bye for the next game as Fleet Town had not turned up so 3-0 win given.
Our next match was against Meadow Sports 1 with a 5-0 win.
Finally a match against Meadow sports Youth saw a 3-0 win
(which included another headed goal from Cam bazaar)
So another group victory & 0 goals conceded again.
The Quarter Final game was against Abbey Rangers & a 2-0 victory.
The semi final was against KPR, the boys tried & tried to play round them &
through them but didn't manage to get the goal they deserved in open play.
No extra time so straight to 3 penalties & a save from The KPR keeper for the final penalty
mean't we out of the tournament in the semi's again.
Good news was we were back to our passing best at times today, however the Pitch was slightly better than the
Meadow at Ashford Town which helped & so lets take that into Sundays Kingstonian Tournament.
