Tournament number 5 Kingstonians,

Lewis/Matt/Cam/Ben/Liam/Jake/Ellis & top supporter Levi Laing

Early start with an 8.30am meet and 9am start which as normal became 9.30am.

1 ball had already been lost by 8.45am over a garden fence. (not a great beginning)

So first match against Sutton and after going 0-1 down the boys didn't panic and came back to win 2-1 in the 8 minute match.
Next match against Kingstonians and 2-0 victory, Then came KPR and another 2-0 victory.
Pittshanger followed with a 3-0 win and hatrick for Jake.
Last group match against Claygate and a 0-0 draw (a superb save from Lewis) saw us finish top of the group again, Then due to mix up with the organiser's we found out that actually coming 2nd in the group would have mean't an easier game ? (bazaar)
Anyhow this error gave us a quarter final match up with Wandgas, the boys started slowly and within a minute we found ourselves 0-1 down. We picked up our game from then, but as usual found Jamie the Wandgas keeper in fine form.
The game finished 0-1 and out we went. )-:

Wandgas went on to win the tournament beating South Park in the Final.

The good news was we missed most of the rain and at times played some great football.
Just that 1 minute lapse that cost us from progressing any further.

It wont happen to us again!
