Hampton U15 bucks v Frimley Green

Another week without Will in goal and Matt still injured.

This meant that George donned the goalie gloves in the first half followed by Bryce in the second.

In the first few minutes there was an unlucky own goal which put the opposition 0-1 up.

Kerem follows this up with a great cross which just misses the goal.

Sadly the defence were caught out as Frimley whisked passed them to put the ball in the goal 0-2. This fires up George who makes a great save shortly after. The defence are then wide awake and playing great.

Half way in to the first half and Rory runs down the pitch to score and bring the score to 1-2.

James makes two fantastic tackles which stops the opposition followed by another one from Joe.

With the opposition getting rattled Joe takes a free kick which just goes over the top of the bar followed by another great kick from Charlie which again is just a little too high.

Frimley then come back and score another to bring the score to 1-3.

Just before half time there is a great run down the pitch by Josh which results in a corner, taken by Madj and scored by Charlie; half time score 2-3

Soon after the start of the second half the opposition score from a corner.

At 2-4 down the boys rally and Josh passes to George who scores a great goal over the top of the Frimley goal keeper 3-4.

Another fantastic run by Madj which is taken up by Josh who scores bringing the score all level at 4-4.

Madj assists the next goal scored by George 5-4.

The opposition then run the ball back down the pitch to bring the score all level again 5-5.

A great free kick by Joe in the last 10 minutes is saved by their keeper and so Joe's next free kick.

Sadly a last 3 minute goal by the opposition left the final score at 5-6.
