It was a lovely war, sunny Sunday morning for the Remembrance Sunday Game.
All players, officials and parents honoured all those in the Armed Forces who have given so much for us all in a minutes silence of remembrance before the match.
The match got underway at 10am with Will in goal and Arran, Matt, Zac and Finn providing the defence.
Madj and George opened the scoring with Madj assisting George to score 8 mins into the game 1-0.
There was plenty of great play down the line with great passing culminating in an unlucky miss by Charlie from George.
12 mins into game Bad Shot Lea get one back to bring score to 1-1.
The score remained at 1-1 for the rest of the first half as a penalty kick to us went over the top of the goal.
It was another 37 minutes before Josh scores straight over the top of the keeper to score a cracking goal in the 49th minute 2-1.
James, Zac, Ogi and Arran provided the defence for Wil n goal for most of the 2nd half.
Not long after Josh's goal Finn had a great attempt saved by the opposition keeper.
It was George who passed to Rory who knocked the ball into the goal to bring the score to 3-1.
In the 77th minute Zac runs the length of the pitch from defence to score and bring it up to 4-1.
With the final whistle blown the boys move onto the next round with a 4-1 win.
