U7 Stags beat Whitton Wanderers Falcons 6-1 with 2 goals each from Rio and Zak and 1 each from Kinlee and Nat. Whitton were clearly suffering from the absence of their strongest 2 players, and a tougher opponent would have punished our scrappy finishing and numerous ‘its yours – no its yours – it is yours – oh its mine- oh **** they’ve got it now’ events. Stags certainly can get on with the game though, and are a pleasure to watch, with Kinlee hitting the metalwork 4 times, and others having nearly as many denials. MOTM Zak for those goals.
