The ‘Lost Gen’ programme funded by Middlesex FA offers a football experience to women who didn’t have the chance to participate when growing up, or who want to return to the game after a long absence.

The pilot programme welcomes women from ‘the lost generation’ of all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced, and all ages. The sessions give them the opportunity to have a go, learn new skills and find out why their kids love football so much!

The football sessions are designed with women in mind, to support their fitness, confidence and greater understanding of the game.

The group meets at Spring West on Tuesdays from 8-9pm and are hoping to add further sessions on weekday evening to make football even more accessible to women.
